This past Friday night Denise Rich, Daniella Rich Kilstock and Richard Kilstock hosted a “Summer Cocktail Party” to celebrate the work of Rich’s foundation, Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, which was created in memory of her daughter Gabrielle. Denise, who is a naturally welcoming host and a lady with a big heart, always shows her guests a good time and good cheer.

There was a special performance by Born Again Baldwins, whom I think we can safely say are not to be confused with the theatrical Baldwins. It was a beautiful night for a party out on Flying Point Road in Watermill and everyone was glad to be there with their friend Denise.

Doubles ended its spring season with a jungle beat at a summer party, Bongo Congo which Wendy Carduner and Co-Chairs Elizabeth Meigher, Nicole Hanley-Mellon, Nick Papanicolaou, Tatiana Perkin, John Royall and Georgina Schaeffer hosted. Dress code was “tribal trendy” (you had to be there). Many complied with their versions, especially Alexandra Papanicolaou, Tatiana Smith, Laurie Ballentine Ferris, Caroline Rowley, Chani Todd, Marisa Tomenson, Vanessa Brown, Georgina Schaeffer, Elizabeth Meigher and Wendy Carduner, all of whom donned Tribal Societé jewelry.

Alexandre Gertsman and David Hryck hosted a cocktail party at the Gerstman’s gallery (Alexandre Gertsman Contemporary Art Gallery) in SoHo in honor of the work of the Lifeline Humanitarian Organization. HRH Crown Prince Alexander of Serbia, the guest of honor, spoke passionately about the charity that was founded by his wife Princess Katherine of Serbia in 1993. Lifeline brings medical equipment and aid to Serbia’s most needy citizens through a number of initiatives.

The Russian art was a magical backdrop for Lifeline’s supporters and art lovers alike to mix, mingle and meet the prince. Guests included: Paola and Arnie Rosenshein, Carl and Cari Tiedemann, Janna Bullock, Jean Shafiroff, Edwina Sandys, Bonnie Evans, Catherine Saxton and former Boston Celtic Eric Williams.
